Abstract: This study explored the therapist's and clients' perspectives of psychotherapy sessions in which mental imagery interventions were used. The interventions dealt with clients' perceptions, imaginations and memories. The imagery interventions for this study emphasized techniques from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis.
