Abstract: The present paper is a theoretical review of the concept of Neurolingustic Programming (NLP), its history and origin. The authors also described briefly about the theories and assumptions propagated by NLPers, the fundamental presuppositions, and about different states and strategies that can be used to achieve the desired outcomes set by the individual himself/herself.
