Mayers K S: Enhancement of psychological testimony with the use of neurolinguistic programming techniques.
American Journal of Forensic Psychology 11(2): 53-60, 1993.
Abstract: Describes the use of neurolinguistic programming techniques in preparing information to be presented in a courtroom setting and in maximizing the effectiveness of testimony. Three cases are included, in which emphasis is placed on obtaining and presenting sensory-oriented descriptions and findings. These techniques have the capability to enhance the listeners' ability to relate to the subject of the testimony, to maintain their attention, and to increase their interest in the material presented.
