Abstract: 26 right-handed female undergraduates were interviewed twice using an eye movement questionnaire (EMQ). Ss were asked to signal (lift their hand) when they experienced an internal response to either of the 6 questions of the EMQ, and their eye movements just prior to the hand signal were recorded. Findings do not support previous neurolinguistic programming (NLP) assertions that eye movement assessment can be reliably used to identify primary sense systems.
