Abstract: This article deals with the application of the Neurolinguistic Programming techniques (PNL) and the systemic paradigm to the psychological intervention programs for the promotion of the health of the workers in an individual or collective way, and in the labor organization. This methodology is applied to workers of a health institution, with the purpose of diagnosing the existent problems of communication that rebound in the human relationships and in the labor acting. It is carried out an analysis of the contributions that PNL offers in the managerial and negotiation world, as well as in occupational health, being novel the methodology used.
