Abstract: Abstract In today’s world, due to competitive conditions, organizations should be adapted to internal and external environmental improvements and they need to grow and develop. In order to achieve this; organizations need an effective communication systems. In today's information society, the human or staff is the most important resource of companies. One of the most effective ways to improve the efficiency of human resource is to increase the effectiveness of the internal communications both vertical and horizontal. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is one of the systems which help to improve to the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of NLP on hospital administrators’ communication styles, the nonverbal communication level, and interpersonal communication process. For this purpose Interpersonal Communication Process Scale, Communication Style Scale and nonverbal communication Scale with 8 socio-demographic questions is applied to the sample before and after NLP training. Results show that NLP training effects managers’ communications skills.
