Abstract: The article deals with neuro-linguistic programming as a tool to help personal growth and elevate live quality. It has already been practically proved and its effectiveness demonstrated. It brings as a result the emotional amelioration of the students and a positive impact on their communication skills, interpersonal relationships and concepts about reality. The article is intended to appraise the influence of neuro-linguistic programming on university students. It is based on an investigation carried on through the modality of feasible project based on field research. There were used methods from the empirical and theoretical levels, among them: observation, survey and interview.
