Abstract: Describes the Rewind Technique, developed by the author, based on the neurolinguistic programming technique of visual-kinesthetic dissociation, as applied to posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in survivors of traumatic events and emergency workers. The author presents the steps involved in using the Rewind Technique, which takes approximately 10-15 minutes to explain to the client and 2-3 minutes for the client to do.
